Returns Policy

We operate a strict 10 day exchange or credit note only policy which includes bank holidays and weekends, items must be back with us by the 10th day. If you return your item out of this time, they will be sent back to you. We do not accept exchange or credit notes for sale items . 
Please note you are required to return unwanted Items via post.. Please contact us for the address.

It is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels.
You will be notified by email once we have processed your return.
Do note that we only accept Exchanges and credit notes where;
All Original labels, tags are still attached.
Not worn or damaged
Has no makeup, fake tan, deodorant or any other marks on it
Back with us within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
We will not be able to exchange or credit any items if they have been worn, labels removed or has any marks on.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, you will need to contact us via email within 48 hours of purchasing with your name, order number and a photo of the fault. we will them make the decision whether vou are eligble for a refund or Credit note.
